Exercise one:
Strengthens, firms and relaxes the breasts, improves suppleness and blood

or growth of BHP tissue (Benign Hyperplasia Tissue) from the fibrous tissue in

Exercise Two:

Exercise Three:

Exercise Five:
Strengthens and enlarges the tissue and glands inside the breast

Exercise Six:

Exercise Ten:
Commence with this exercise after three weeks of regular therapy and the
breasts have strengthened considerably and become accustomed to exercise. This
exercise forces blood to the forward area of the breasts, enlarges, enhances and
develops a well rounded breast, improves blood circulation, opens up the veins
arteries, blood vessels and glands, assists in removing any build up of Benign
Hyperplasia Tissue, although all exercises assist in this regard.
Exercise Eleven:
This exercise is a continuation of exercise five with the follow up of
exercise ten. With exercise five and exercise ten you have strengthened the
veins arteries, blood vessels and glands with new pressure being applied to the
breasts, we are taking the exercise one step further and applying very strenuous
pressure on all the above mentioned breast tissue and body by forcing the blood
with even more force to the nipple area.
This exercise enhances, enlarges, improves blood circulation,
promotes well rounded and evenly developed breasts, improved blood circulation
and an overall improvement of breast function and appearance.
Exercise Twelve:
Firms and strengthens the chest muscles from under the armpits and above the
breasts, enhances sexuality and would prevent sagging.
Exercise Thirteen:
Firms and strengthens the chest muscles above on the sides of the breasts
prevents sagging, lifts and enhances the appearance of the breasts.
Exercises could be interchanged as you desire or applied in a
sequence that you may feel has improved effect or easier to administer. However
do not apply the exercises that have been specially earmarked for application
after three and six weeks of regular exercise. These two exercises are too harsh
to be administered to the breasts when commencing with therapy.
